• We have a rental service for wheelchairs and healthcare equipment. at a cheap price Suitable for people who want to use a wheelchair temporarily. People who want to use multiple wheelchairs or Hospitals, Elderly care centers that require a lot of wheelchairs and long-term rental. Don't worry about taking care of the wheelchairs or if there is a damaged spare part because we have expert technicians ready to provide service (Free, no extra cost)

Disinfection cleaning service (Tokai Hygiene)

• Cleaning service with a high-heat steam system to kill bacteria hidden in the depths that cannot be cleaned with technology from Japan.

Free delivery service in Thailand

• Bangkok and vicinity, Express delivery by the company along with demonstrations of how to use it by a technician or an expert salesperson.
• Free delivery in other provinces by transport companies. when paying for goods.

Product testing service at home

• In case the customer is not convenient to come and see the product in our shop, We have tried product service at home not more than 3 units per time (cannot leave the product for testing). But if the customer still doesn't want to buy the product, will have to pay a service fee of 900 baht/time.

Free maintenance service

• Customers can bring their products to maintenance at the service center for free. (Excluding the cost of spare parts) Or if the customer wants us to provide home service, there will be a cost of 900 baht.

• Warranty period for the structure is 3 years from the date of purchase.
• Warranty Exclusion and non-coverages)
• All spare part items (e.g.: drive wheel, caster wheels, break, wheel assembly, brake shoe, bearing of each part ) and other accessories / optional items (e.g.: Sheet cushion) are not covered under this warranty.
• Damage due to fire, natural disasters (e.g. flood, lightning, earthquake, etc.) misuse, failure to follow the given usage instruction, modifying, add-on accessories which are not Matsunaga’s accessories are out of warranty, and customers will talk full responsibility of the expenses of spare parts and repair service fee.
